    • A La Carte was set up by Nicola Thomas in 1998 after 12 years in B2B marketing, business development and export roles in the European food industry, latterly as European Marketing Director of Christian Salvesen Food & Consumer Division.
    • We work with a network of associates in the UK and mainland Europe with bags of “hands-on” experience across the whole food chain and in areas such as PR and design: we understand the big issues, how each link influences the others, the opportunities and the pitfalls. We work with SMEs, Plcs and in both the private and public sector, so we can really put ourselves in your shoes and offer solutions based on our own experiences.
